Perry Timms has a mission to design a better future of work for us all to lead more fulfilling lives

Perry Timms is founder and chief energy officer of consultancy PTHR. He has more than 25 years' experience in people, technology and organisational change and transformation. In October 2017 Timms' first book – Transformational HR – was published by Kogan Page and briefly made it to’s Top 30 HR books.

Timms is an international and two-times TEDx speaker and adviser on the future of work and HR, and is a WorldBlu-certified freedom at work consultant and coach – helping people and their companies become part of the next stage in human and organisational evolution. He has partners across the UK, and in the US, New Zealand, South Africa, Kuwait, Ireland, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden, and Denmark to help achieve this.

As a chartered member of the CIPD Timms advises the body on HR’s use of digital and social media, and was a guide for the 2013 CIPD HR Hackathon.

He is a visiting fellow at Sheffield Hallam University, a fellow of the RSA, an associate consultant at the Work Foundation, is part of the adjunct faculty at Ashridge Executive Education (Hult International Business School) and a guest professor at GEA College Slovenia.
